Ryan Sheridan is the operational lead at Smart Hub Lanarkshire and lecturer in engineering at New College Lanarkshire. His primary role within the Smart Hub project is to support the advancing manufacturing capabilities of SMEs within Scotland, across all sectors of production, through the use of automated technologies, leading to long-term transformational change. Ryan has always enjoyed helping and educating others, especially within technology-driven engineering disciplines. By the time he was 20, Ryan was already teaching in the FE sector, passing on engineering design knowledge gained through competing at the largest worldwide skills competition, WorldSkills International.
