Grace head’s up Co-op’s online last mile and customer team delivering its delivery strategy and leading on innovative ways in delivery. Grace has the best part of a decade of experience in online across different industries, from food retailing, fashion and jewellery, covering trading, merchandising and last mile. Co-op launched its own online shop in 2019, and has since expanded at pace, with an online offer now available from more than 2,000 of its stores in communities across the UK. In addition to its own online shop, Co-op delivers ‘quick convenience’ through strategic partnerships including with Starship Technologies, which sees autonomous robot deliveries in communities in Bedfordshire, Cambridge, Leeds, Milton Keynes and Northampton.
