Angelo Cangelosi

Angelo Cangelosi is professor of machine learning and robotics and co-director of the Manchester Centre for Robotics and AI at the University of Manchester. He also is Turing Fellow at the Alan Turing Institute. His main research expertise is on cognitive robotics, language grounding and embodiment in humanoid robots, developmental robotics, human-robot interaction, and on the application of neuromorphic systems for robot learning. His latest book, Cognitive Robotics (MIT Press, 2022), was co-edited with Minoru Asada and is available open access.
